<<>>CANAL STREET MARKET WILL ROAR DECEMBER 1ST<<>>

A little while back you may recall this photo from our Instagram of Carly with Dasha, the woman behind it all who has been chugging like a freight train to get these doors open for many months. Things were cooking then, and now we're getting ready to serve it up.

A sprawling indoor market is slated to open this fall along a stretch of Canal Street in the cross-section of SoHo, TriBeCa and Chinatown, bringing a smorgasbord of food and arts purveyors to the area year-round.

Canal Street Market will seek to cater to “young, energetic downtown creatives” by offering a “lifestyle experience” with its mix of culinary and retail vendors, who will soon hawk their wares in a 12,000-square-foot space between Broadway and Lafayette Street seven days a week...
The space will also include a large seating area for dining, an indoor garden, a newsstand and coffee shop, and a 100-square-foot glass room occupied by an artist in residence as an observable work station.
